What are your office hours ?

We are open from 7:00AM to 5:00PM Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday. On Thursdays we are open from 7:00AM to 2:00PM

Do you treat children ?

Yes, we have a large number of pediatric patients and welcome patients of all ages.

Do you accept insurance ?

Yes, if you click here you will find detailed information regarding insurance options.

Do you perform orthodontia ?

Yes but in some instances we refer patients to a specialist. Click on the services pages for more.

What is your cancellation policy ?

In order to ensure that our time is used to its best efficiency we ask that if you need to cancel an appointment that you do so at least 24 business hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

What is your returned check fee ?

Our fee for return items is $27.

Do you accept credit cards ?

Yes, we take both debit and credit cards (with the exception of Discover).

Can I pay my bill online ?

Yes. You can pay your bill online here if you have your account number. This number is normally located at the top of your invoice but can be retrieved by calling our office at (770) 834-6663.
