Our office is open for patient appointments from 7:00AM to 5:00PM Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday and 7:00AM to 2:00PM on Thursdays. You can make an appointment by calling the office at (770) 834-6663.
If you are unable to call us during office hours to make your appointment please leave a detailed message with your name and phone number and we will get back with you at the first possible opportunity.
